Therefore, the Company’s Board of Directors have reached a decision to hold the Annual General Meeting in the form of E-AGM through the online system on August 3, 2020 starting at 2.30 p.m. The E-AGM will take place at the Conference Room on the 6th floor of the JWD Store it! Building, Siam. This E-AGM will mark the first time that a major event will take place at the JWD Co-working Space, following the renovation and redecoration of the building’s top floor to support such an event.
