Mr. Charvanin Bunditkitsada (left), Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JWD InfoLogistics Public Company Limited (JWD), and Mr. Terapol Klayoo, Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Air International Co Ltd, jointly announced at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok the acquisition of all of the latter company's shares by a subsidiary of JWD as a strategic move to introduce freight forwarder business and become a leading 'Total Logistics Solutions Provider' with an enhanced capacity to post new growths both locally and internationally.
