The meeting of shareholders approved to pay stock dividend by the company’s ordinary shares in the amount not exceeding of 420,000,000 shares at par value of 0.50 THB each, to the shareholders of the company in the ratio of 10 current shares per 7 dividend share in the total amount not exceeding of 210 million THB.
