Pursuing the goal of securing leadership in the Asean logistics market, Mr Charvanin Bunditkitsada, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JWD, has entered several rounds of negotiations abroad. Most recently, it has reached an agreement with Samudera, a leading shipping line in Indonesia, to set up a joint-venture firm to expand logistics business in Indonesia, which marks its last major deal for this year. CEO of JWD and the senior management of Samudera will hold a press conference by December to provide details about the investment plan for this big deal.
